McDonough, 19, of Portland, Oregon, completed the 2014 season with Championships in OMRRA, WERA, and AFM. He has shown steady growth over the past few years on both local West Coast and national tracks and has matured into a rider with paramount speed and finesse. According to HSBK Racing, his smooth riding style suits the RSV4 well. The team at HSBK Aprilia is looking forward to working with this young rider to continue developing his talents and are eager to see what results are on the horizon for this up-and-coming star.

When asked about his 2015 race program McDonough said, “I am excited to be in the MotoAmerica paddock this year with the Aprilia HSBK racing team.
