Get Your Chance To Win A Custom Honda At The Austin MotoGP

ride for kids

The latest Ride for Kids/Cycle World project bike will be on display in the Honda tent at the MotoGP Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas, April 10-12.

The bike and a matching Arai helmet are part of an annual drawing to benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. This year’s builder was AIP Speed, which started with a stock 2014 CB1100 donated by American Honda. The result is a custom homage to the CB750 and CB900 that GP champion Freddie Spencer raced for Honda in the early 1980s.

Nostalgic but modern, the project bike has a silver and blue paint scheme and the Ride for Kids logo. It features a braced swingarm, custom velocity stacks, carbon wheels and unique bodywork.

Thanks to Arai Helmets, BrakeTech, BST, DynoJet, Öhlins-USA, ProLine Wraps, Spielger Performance Parts, Gered Poepke at Valley Kustoms and Yoshimura R&D for their generous donations to the bike build.

Get your drawing tickets at the Ride for Kids booth at the Austin MotoGP or make a donation online. Drawing tickets are one for $5 or five for $20. Some restrictions apply. See the official rules for more details.
