Drag Specialties Bagger Racing League ® Makes Its’ World-Wide, Sturgis Debut at the Largest Music Festival in Motorcycling®

The Bagger Racing League, the new, wildly popular Harley-Davidson/V-Twin racing series today announced that its teams and race motorcycles will participate in two of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s ® top industry and charity events Sunday, August 8 th and Monday, August 9th during the 81st Sturgis Rally. The two-day activation, presented by GEICO Motorcycle, will give both industry professionals and tens of thousands of rally goers an up-close-and-personal look at the innovative race motorcycles as well as the founding companies and colorful personalities behind them. Participating teams include Team Alloy Art, Team Fueling Parts, Team Saddlemen, Team SLYFOX, Team Speed Merchant, and Team Trask Performance. “Following the huge success of the recent inaugural BRL race, the activation at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip is part of ongoing efforts to increase the national and international awareness of the series, the teams, and world class racers,” said Rob Buydos – BRL President and Founder. “There’s no bigger stage in motorcycling other than the Sturgis Buffalo Chip and we intend on bringing the energy and excitement of Bagger Racing League to its fans in a big way.” The Sturgis Buffalo Chip will host Bagger Racing League teams and their competition motorcycles on Sunday, August 8th as part of its annual Industry Party, celebrating the Motorcycles as Art exhibition curated by famed lifestyle photographer Michael Lichter. Following the Industry Party, the teams and their race bikes head to Deadwood, South Dakota, as captains of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s Legends Charity Ride event which has raised well over a half-million dollars for black hills charities since its inception in 2008. “We are thrilled that Bagger Racing League will make its Sturgis debut at the Buffalo Chip,” said Rod Woodruff, its president and CEO. “The league itself showcases not only the companies and products that drive our industry, but the passion of those behind it.
